Sunny holiday apartment in rural surroundings

The apartment is quietly situated, on a large site, in a pleasant and elongated farming village, Neuenkirchen/Strübbel, on the edge of the region. The North Sea is about 8km away and the nearest place for swimming, by the Eider estuary, is 3km away.

There is a furnished terrace outside. Bicycles can be parked in the shed. The property is non-smoking.

The 65m² light holiday apartment comprises two bedrooms, a daylight bathroom with a shower, a cosy living room with a radio and satellite TV and a modern built-in kitchen. The parents’ bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the children’s bedroom has two single beds. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, toaster, microwave and kettle. Wireless Internet access is available.

There is a restaurant 500 metres away and a bakery 2km away. The nearest larger towns with a range of shops are 7km away (Wesselburen and Tönning). It is 30km to St. Peter-Ording, 100 km to Hamburg with its harbour, 80km to Kiel with a harbour and the Baltic Sea. It is 70km to the ferry connections to Amrum, Föhr and the Halligen. You can go on day trips to Sylt or the island of Helgoland.

    “Die Wohnung liegt mitten auf dem Land man sollte also Mobil sein. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist sauber und schön eingerichtet. Mann muss durch das Kinderzimmer um ins Schlafzimmer zu kommen. Der Boden knarrt hier sehr. Sonnst sehr schön großer Garten mit Möglichkeit zu verweilen.”

    “In der geräumigen Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Atmosphäre ist ausgesprochen heimelig. Der Kontakt zum jederzeit ansprechbaren Vermieter war ausgesprochen herzlich. Der Standort war für unsere täglichen Ausflüge, auch auf Halligen, Inseln etc. ideal.”

    “Es handelt sich um eine saubere, liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Es sind alle Ausstattungsgegenstände da, die man zum täglichen Leben benötigt. Durch vielseitige Dekoration durch Bilder, Wandtattoos, Kerzenleuchter usw. entsteht ein wirklich wohnlicher Eindruck. Alle Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, wobei man jedoch durch ein Schlafzimmer hindurch muss, bevor man das zweite Schlafzimmer erreicht. Diese Tatsache hat uns zu keinem Zeitpunkt gestört. Die Vermieter wohnen mit im Gebäude und sind sehr nett. Man muss sich jedoch der einsamen ländlichen Lage wirklich bewusst sein. Es ist sehr ruhig. Als Familie ist man 100%ig auf einen fahrbaren Untersatz angewiesen. Sicher finden alleinreisende Paare oder sogar Alleinreisende, welche Ruhe suchen, hier ihren perfekten Aufenthaltsort. Fazit: Wir waren sehr zufrieden!”
