The 83m² holiday apartment is on the first floor of the three-storey building from the year 2007, with a total of eight residential units. It has a separate entrance, ensuring pleasant privacy during your stay. It has a living and dining room with an integrated, open kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate guest toilet. The air-conditioned (cool/warm) living room has two comfortable sofas, a coffee table, a TV with satellite channels and a dining table with six chairs. The open fireplace exudes a cosy atmosphere and provides pleasant warmth on cooler evenings. Right next to it there is the fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, four-zone gas stove, electric oven, fridge with freezer apartment, microwave, toaster and coffee machine. The two bedrooms each have a double bed measuring 160 x 200cm, bedside tables with reading lamps and cupboards with ample storage space for your clothing and luggage. One of the two sofas in the living room can be converted into an additional double bed measuring 160 x 200cm for two children. The daylight bathroom has a shower cubicle, a washbasin with a wall mirror, a toilet and a washing machine. The separate guest toilet provides additional convenience. There is a reliable wireless Internet connection in the apartment.
