Holiday house with a pool and a sunny patio in the garden in a quiet location

Beautiful and quietly located holiday home - ideal for a relaxing holiday. The 140 m² house sits on a 16.000 m² fenced in property and accommodates up to seven people. The detached house was last renovated in 2006.

The partially covered veranda, where you can relax in the shade, is furnished with wooden outdoor furniture. But the highlight of the garden is surely the pool, exclusively used by you, with an outdoor shower, sun loungers and a sun shade. The patio is surrounded by trees and native plants. All in all this is a lovely property for holidays in natural surroundings.

This holiday house offers two bedrooms, furnished with a double bed each (1.60 x 2.00 m). The third bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m) and a bunk bed (0.90 x 2.00 m each). Furthermore, you will find two bathrooms with a shower, a toilet and a sink. The spacious, fully furnished kitchen is equipped with a dining table, a stove, a gas oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dish washer and a microwave. The space of the kitchen is ideal for communally preparing meals. The living room boasts a spacious dining area with a table and chairs and a more cosy area with two sofas and a satellite television and a VCR. A washing machine, a dryer and free Wi-Fi is at your disposal.

It is about 3 km to the nearest town. The nearest restaurant, shops and public transport are equidistant. It is about 12 km to the closest sandy beach and the ocean and 4 km to the train station. The distance to the airport is 49 km.
