Traditional stone house with a grill terrace, not far from the long sandy beach Pirou-Plage
This traditional stone house from the year 1800 is in Pirou, halfway between the sea and the medieval fortification. The house is occupied by the owner’s family and is let out to holiday guests when they are not there.
The two-storey house provides 90m² of space for five persons. The ground floor has a big living and dining room, a bathroom with a shower and WC and a kitchen with a gas stove, fridge, mini oven, microwave and coffee machine. The two big bedrooms are on the upper floor. The first bedroom has a double bed (140 x 190cm) and a single bed (80 x 190cm), while the second has a double bed (140 x 190cm) and two single beds (80 x 190cm), so that seven people can be accommodated. On the upper floor there is also a second bathroom with a bath and WC.
The house has a 40m² rear courtyard with garden furniture and a grill. The 40m² courtyard in front of the garage serves as a parking space for a car.
The furniture and equipment in the house are available for use without any restrictions.
Across the street from the house you can access the seaside 600 metres away directly. You can sunbathe, swim and enjoy all kinds of water sports on the long sandy beach. There are shops and restaurants within 800 metres.
