Paraiso Hills is a secure complex of semi-detached townhouses only 5 km away from the busy Spanish town of San Pedro and within a 10 km drive from Estepona. A relaxing getaway from the hustle and bustle, yet within a 5 minute drive to shops, restaurants and bars as well as the beach. Marbella is only a 15 minute drive away and Selwo Safari Park is close by too. The famous marina of Puerto Banus is wihtin a 10 minute drive with all its designer shops and trendy bars. Close by also the 18 hole El Paraiso Golf course. This modern townhouse consists of a spacious lounge dining area opening out to a covered terrace and a south facing private garden with beautiful views towards the sea. Also on the ground floor a modern, fully-equipped kitchen and a cloakroom. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, herof two twin bedrooms, each with access to a terrace and built-in wardrobes and a full separate bathroom. One of these bedrooms has to extra beds that pull out for extra guests. Also on this level is the master bedroom with super king size bed, built-in wardrobes, access to terrace and a full ensuite bathroom with separate walk-in shower and jacuzzi bath. Both the master bedroom and the second bedrooms lead out onto a terrace with sea views. This property is ideally suited for family holidays with beautifully manicured gardens and pool area. It is spacious and secure and lies within easy reach of beaches and towns. The house comes with a private car port.

    “Das Reihenhaus ist sehr großzügig gestaltet und machte einen gepflegten Eindruck. Die Endreinigung nach dem Vormieter war echt top. Da haben wir schon anderes erlebt. Die Ausstattung im Haus war einwandfrei. Die Hitze im August war teilweise heftig, da man hier am Berg auch nicht mehr den Wind vom Meer her merkt. Dafür hat die Klimaanlage aber tolle Arbeit geleistet.
    Einige Dinge fehlten aber leider doch:
    - das Geschirr und Besteck war Stückwerk und teilweise in grenzwertigem Zustand
    - ein Backofen ist ohne backofentaugliches Geschirr/Auflaufformen oder ähnlichem nicht viel wert
    - eine Salatschleuder (ist aufgrund der schwankenden Wasserqualität eigentlich ein Muss)
    - Essmöbel für die Terrasse - einfache Plastikstühle und Tisch würden ja schon ausreichen
    Die Pool- und Garten-Anlage ist eher klein, aber sehr gepflegt. Die ganze Anlage war sehr, sehr ruhig.
    Alles in allem haben wir uns wohl gefühlt. Die Nebenkosten (277,- Euro für 4 Personen in einer Woche) waren außergewöhnlich hoch. Des Weiteren musste zu Beginn der Hausschlüssel in Estepona (ca. 7 km) abgeholt und am Ende wieder dorthin gebracht werden. Das geht ohne Auto eigentlich garnicht.”
