Villa Kate - Holiday apartment with large terrace

This house with an apartment with sea view is situated in Supetarska Draga on the island of Rab. It is a quiet municipality beautifully located on both sides of the Supetarska Draga bay.

The accommodation provides around 120m² of living space on two floors. The upper floor has four bedrooms with double beds and three bathrooms, each with a shower. Two of the bedrooms have air conditioning. There is also a large terrace with a view of the bay. The fully-equipped kitchen, including a microwave, and the living room with TV are on the ground floor. This accommodation is the ideal base for a family or friends, perfect for a beautiful holiday in Croatia.Otherwise it is only the owner who lives in the house. The apartment has its own entrance.

The large terrace/balcony provides terrace furniture and a parasol. There is also a barbecue grill. It is possible to park in the courtyard.

Shops, restaurants and the seaside are just 200 metres from the house. The main town of Rab, six kilometres away, as well as the island’s most beautiful beach in Lopar, are definitely worth a visit. You can also hire a boat and find your “own” little beach. There is a marina 1km away.

The island of Rab can easily be reached by a ferry from the main land (20 min) or by the island of Krk (120 min). There is also a catamaran connecting the island with either the cities Rijeka, Zadar as well as the island of Pag.

    “Sehr große Wohnung auf zwei Ebenen mit eigener Eingang. Schöne und große Terrase. Etwas älere Möbel aber alles sehr sauber und praktisch. Inerhalb von einer Woche wurden unsere Handtücher öfters gewechselt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett.
    Das Haus liegt nicht direkt an der Straße, deshalb etwas ruhiger. Im Hoff kann man gut parken. Uns hat es die Wohnung sehr gut gefallen.”
