This apartment, which is a part of a big house was completely renovated in 2008. The decor is bright and comfortable. The house features, among other things, air conditioning (hot/cold) and TV channels on Astra. The property is located in the countryside, 1 km from the village of Mallemort and 4 km from the beautiful 18-hole Pont Royal golf course. About 14 steps lead to the apartment, which is located on the first floor. It has a terrace and a private garden with an area of 100 square metres. Between the owner's house and the holiday apartment, there is a shared area of about 1,000 square metres, which houses a pool, a pool house, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. The pool can be used from 15th May to 30th September. The main attractions of the area include the Alpilles, Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, the Luberon and its charming villages and Aix-en-Provence and its surroundings. The ground floor houses the FPB155, which has a garden of about 300 square metres. The landlord uses a barn next to the lodging, but is extremely careful not to disturb the guests.
