The spacious, bright living room has a fireplace and there is satellite TV. The large kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven, toaster, microwave and coffee maker. The house has a total of 4 double bedrooms, 3 with French beds and 1 with 2 single beds. All rooms share two bathrooms with shower (one also with bath). The house is surrounded by a garden, where is situated the huge private swimming pool 13m x 4,5 m and a depth of 0.90 m to 1.80 m with outdoor shower. Sun loungers and umbrella invite you to a relaxed sunbath. The nearest sandy beach is Porto Cristo, just 5 minutes away by car. The long sandy beaches of Sa Coma and Cala Millor can be reached in just 10 minutes by car.
