Lasata is the Indian term for place of silence.

Finca Lasata is situated on a peaceful and beautiful plot in an idyllic, secluded and rural location between the village of Santanyí and the village of S'Alqueria Blanca. The landscape is characterised by olive and almond trees, sheep and pig fields and wild chickens. The classically and linearly built finca on a 26,600 square metre plot in an exclusive location is surrounded by a well-tended garden. An automatic irrigation system ensures year-round quality and allows the vegetation of palm trees, olive trees and other plants to shine all year round. On the other side of the property, completely invisible from the outside, there is a large swimming pool 20 metres long, where real laps can be taken and sports enthusiasts can really have fun and cool off. You can relax under large parasols on comfortable loungers in the shade or enjoy the sun to the full. Alternatively, you can snooze on the sheltered terrace of the house, daydream in the sky or enjoy reading a good book. This enclosed patio area leads to a covered terrace (porch) at the house with a long dining table for breakfast, late lunches or dinners, which turns into a long night with a view of the illuminated garden and clear starry sky. A special highlight is the roof terrace with its marvellous view. Here, the vastness of the property opens up in an absolutely peaceful location, surrounded by a natural stone wall typical of the island. During the day, you can enjoy sunsets on comfortable sofas with fantastic views as far as the island of Cabrera. The spacious main living room with five metre high ceilings is flooded with light and has an almost sacred character. There is also a smaller living room with German satellite TV and WLAN reception. Both living rooms have a fireplace. The three double rooms are traditionally furnished with four-poster beds. For reasons of privacy, each double room has its own bathroom with bath or shower. The entire house is equipped with a fully modernised water softening system and underfloor heating for the colder months of the year.

The very popular area around Santanyí has protected natural parks, beautiful cliffs and coves with great beaches and turquoise waters along almost 35 kilometres of coastline. During your stay at Finca Lasata you can enjoy numerous bars, restaurants and other activities (such as hiking or relaxing walks up one of the Castillo mountains). A friendly manager will take care of your arrival/departure and the cleaning of the finca.

The villa is only 5 km away from the beautiful beaches of the south coast such as S'Amarador or Ses Fonts de N'Alis.
