The surroundings of the enchanting Villa Es Sequer are particularly luxurious; you are sure to find your own personal favourite spot on a plot of 40,000 m². The property is characterised by manicured lawns as well as palm trees and other Mediterranean plants. The centrepiece of the garden is at the rear of the house: the incredible, almost 60 m² pool with convenient step access on one side is surrounded by a spacious lawn terrace. Here you can relax to your heart's content and enjoy the Mediterranean light and the beautiful view, either in the sun or under one of the parasols. Depending on the time of day, you will also find spots with natural shade that invite you to linger. Conveniently, the outdoor area has an outdoor shower and a guest WC. From the garden, two steps lead up to the spacious covered terrace, which has an attractive wooden floor and first-class outdoor furniture. This terrace houses a large dining table as well as a luxurious sofa area, transforming this area into a true outdoor living and dining room in the warmer months. Here you can enjoy your refined breakfast or end a relaxing day of holiday activities. The view of the pool and the rest of the garden is simply marvellous. On warm evenings, the original barbecue invites you to prepare and enjoy a freshly prepared dinner with regional delicacies together with friends. Perhaps with ingredients bought at the market earlier in the day. The outdoor area and pool are atmospherically lit until midnight, as is the beautiful playground with climbing frame, swings, slide and trampoline. Incidentally, all sports enthusiasts will find a fitness area with weight bench, dumbbells, pull-up bar and table tennis table in the small outbuilding. Of course, guests can also use the property's two garages so that you can park your hire car in the shade.

From the terrace, you enter the house through a wide glass door. This leads into the open-plan living/dining room. Lots of light wood, skilfully combined furniture and terracotta tiles create a particularly friendly and cosy ambience. You simply want to settle down here and above all: stay. Different living levels, connected by wooden staircases, emphasise this homely and original atmosphere. Just like the half-height glass wall behind the wide sofa, which provides a view of the kitchen and the pool behind it. The sofa corner invites you to relax with a good book or an entertaining film as the mood takes you. The massive dining table right next door is perfect for a dinner with up to six people. The kitchen simply radiates generosity. In addition to the fridge, oven, hob, dishwasher and microwave, guests can also use the electric hob, filter coffee machine and Nespresso machine. The eat-in kitchen also offers plenty of storage space and a small table with two chairs. The bedrooms impress with clarity and plenty of white, complemented by discreet furnishings and no unnecessary frills. Guests have two double beds measuring 1.50 x 2.00 metres and two single beds measuring 0.90 x 2.00 metres in the third bedroom. The master bedroom on the upper floor is even equipped with a second television with satellite connection. On request, we can also provide an extra bed in the master bedroom for a child travelling with you. The two bathrooms with natural light have a functional and modern design with beautiful floor and wall tiles. You can conveniently leave your hairdryer and iron at home and simply use the ones already in the villa. Another little highlight of this villa: there is a wine cellar (with red and Mallorcan wine). A wine list with descriptions and prices of the forty bottles is available on site. If you have any questions, you are welcome to contact the owner, who lives nearby.

Portocolom is home to the largest natural harbour in Mallorca. Although today it is mainly used for private shipping, it remains an important fishing harbour. The harbour promenade with its bars and restaurants invites you to take a long stroll. In addition to the harbour, the old town is also worth a visit. The natural and sheltered sandy beach of Cala de Marcal is around 120 metres wide. Near the residential neighbourhood of Sa Punta, you will find two other smaller coves on the opposite side of the bay of Portocolom.

Villa Es Sequer is situated in an enchanting location between Felanitx and Portocolom in the south of the island. The surroundings of the holiday residence are characterised by nature and vastness. You can reach Portocolom in 10 minutes by car, where there are several good restaurants, especially at the harbour. Various beautiful bays, such as Cala Brafi (10 km), can be reached quickly. The distance from the villa to the airport is approx. 52 km.
