You can really feel Mallorca at Son Lladonet. The huge property is accessed via a romantic country road. On its 12 hectares, it is not only home to this simple, charming holiday home, but also to an agricultural farm, which should not disturb your relaxation at all. What's more, this place has a rare, authentic flair. Pure nature Meadows, fields and an orchard surround the historic quarry stone building, which was first mentioned in the annals of the town of Campos in the 16th century. The outdoor area with a covered terrace in front of the house and a barbecue area offers a wonderful place for all meals, which you can enjoy outdoors in Mediterranean peace and quiet. If you wish, you can even bake your own bread in the brick oven, which can be fuelled from the open kitchen. A BBQ with the best produce this region has to offer can be rounded off perfectly with a glass of Anima Negra made from the autochthonous Callet grape. The spacious ground-floor living area has a cosy sofa corner in front of the fireplace in addition to its unmistakable rustic charm. The interior design presents a very successful combination of Mallorcan tradition and trendy country house style with a purist touch. Terracotta tiles, sandstone, dark wood and antique furniture with a typical Mallorcan fabric pattern, the so-called Tela de Lenguas (tongues reminiscent of flames), emphasise the importance of the craftsmanship to which this house pays homage. This feeling of authenticity allows you to enjoy an even more intense experience during your stay. The authenticity can also be felt in the fully equipped kitchen with a collection of colour-coordinated concrete tiles in typical colours and patterns. The four bedrooms are also dreamlike and create a cosy atmosphere. Three double rooms and one triple room with soft colour accents offer plenty of space for two to three families or a group of friends in a casual country house style. A bathtub and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower round off the house. Please note the undoubtedly attractive price at which we are proud to offer this house.

This atmospheric and dignified villa simply belongs to the south of the island, which is still characterised by agriculture today. It is also known for its many culinary delights such as capers, wine, fruit and tantalising pastries. Campos and its restaurants with excellent regional cuisine are always worth a visit. Thanks to the villa's central location between Campos and the coast, beautiful beaches with a Caribbean flair await you within a pleasantly short drive. Other sights such as the salt fields at Ses Salines or the Mondragó Nature Park are also located in this region. Cycling, hiking, golfing, swimming, perhaps a little more? You simply can't get enough of the relaxation factor offered by the family-friendly Son Lladonet estate.

The pretty, rustic Villa Son Lladonet was built in the 16th century and is a documented country estate of impressive size. The property is situated in a marvellous secluded location, far away from mass tourism, between Ses Covetes and Campos. Here you can do your shopping on the lively shopping street or go to the lively weekly market on Thursdays and Saturdays. Near Ses Covetes, you can explore the dream beach of Es Trenc, which is just 10 minutes away.
