The beautiful Villa Can Gual on the edge of the town of Inca impresses with its breathtaking facilities and a stunning pool and garden landscape behind the house. Combined with the urban flair, the villa offers the advantages that many people desire: walking distance to bars, cafés and shopping facilities and yet a little bit of nature with a pool and garden. Despite the city location, you can enjoy privacy in a completely secluded garden with palm trees, lawns and flowering plants, in the centre of which is an organically shaped pool landscape with a surrounding natural stone terrace. Playful water spouts and a separate children's pool with a depth of just 0.40 metres offer great cooling and fun. If required, you can relax on one of the 6 sun loungers with shade under the parasol or on one of the 3 trendy wicker chairs. The design of the garden and pool landscape is natural and outstanding. A small fish pond rounds off this jewel in the middle of city life. You can reach the garden via a staircase to the covered terrace next to the house; there is another sun terrace on the 1st level at exactly this point. The third terrace is also located on the top floor, but with a view of the street to the front. There is a dining table in the area of the covered garden terrace. You can enjoy a barbecue evening at the in-house grill with fresh produce bought at the market and a convivial evening. There are further seating areas around the villa.

The house is accessed from the beautiful porch. The interior of the villa is modern and stylish. A wonderfully large living room with an offset staircase forms the centrepiece of this sophisticated home. High-gloss, sandstone-coloured floor tiles, white walls, stucco elements on the ceilings and ceiling spotlights reflect modern Spain. At the same time, the fireplace, antique wooden furniture, typical decorations and framed paintings create a typically Mallorcan cosiness. The dining room is also located in the large living room. There is a second dining area in the kitchen. The kitchenette itself is connected to the dining room via a kind of passageway. The comfortable country-style wooden kitchen offers all the comfort you could wish for on your self-catering holiday: From the dishwasher to the coffee machine the full equipment ranges from the gas hob, microwave, kettle and much more. From the kitchen there is access and a window into the 2nd living room, also comfortably furnished with a fireplace and TV. Through a majestic wicker arch and offset by 2 staircases, you reach the sleeping area on the ground floor with 2 of the 5 bedrooms and a bathroom. A generous staircase leads from the spacious living room to the upper floor. As the staircase receives plenty of natural light through the window and roof construction, this area and the 2nd floor as a whole are very bright. From here you can access the balcony above the breakfast terrace and, despite the city location, still have a view of the palm trees, garden and pool and a few neighbouring buildings, but are still secluded. There are 3 further bedrooms and the 2nd stylish bathroom. The bedrooms, a total of 4 doubles and 1 single, are all spacious and have other furniture in addition to the bed, such as a desk, a couch or a chest of drawers, which offer enough space so that you can see the bedrooms as extremely harmonious and cosy. The single bed can be extended with a pull-out mattress, perfect if the children want to build a fortress.

The modern Villa Can Gual is a great city home with a beautiful, organically shaped pool and oasis-like garden in the centre of Inca. You can do your shopping quickly from here. The famous weekly market, which takes place in Inca on Thursdays, is only 1000 metres away. Thanks to its central location, you can reach the other towns and sights of the island very quickly. The beautiful beaches, for example in the bay of Alcúdia, are around 20 km away - a manageable distance in a hire car.
