A true garden paradise can be experienced during a holiday in this versatile farmhouse on Mallorca, which blends picturesquely into the beautiful surroundings to the west of Artà. Fantastic Mediterranean trees and shrubs characterise the park-like grounds, which extend over several levels and offer a variety of retreats, niches and areas to relax. Under a roof or directly in the open air, you can laze around in lounges or on sun loungers, sit at small tables and enjoy a special form of privacy, as you can spread out here and literally go your own way. Small steps, paths and walls criss-cross the lush grounds and divide it into different areas. One of these is the 10 metre long pool with surrounding sun terrace, shower, harmoniously arranged plants and covered area. From the terrace right next to the house, which is slightly elevated, you have a particularly beautiful view; the fantastic outdoor kitchen with barbecue for evening barbecue sessions is also located up here.
The interior of the house welcomes guests with a cosy, summery and colourful mix of styles. Lots of wood, terracotta tiles, exposed beams and colourful accents characterise the flair of the house, which can certainly keep up with the outside area in terms of spaciousness. On the ground floor there is a living/dining room with a fireplace, a separate kitchen (fully equipped, of course), which is accessible from the outside, as well as a double bedroom and a bathroom. The hallway, where the staircase to the upper floor is located, is also so spacious that there is room for another sofa where you can make yourself comfortable and enjoy the living room atmosphere. Upstairs there is an air-conditioned large bedroom for two people with its own bathroom. The farmhouse Sa Carbona Nou offers 17,500 m² of land surrounded by greenery just outside the charming town of Artà. Cala Ratjada, with its beautiful beach and harbour promenade, is around a quarter of an hour's drive away, while Colonia de Sant Pere is just 10 minutes away. Inviting beaches such as Canyamel beach or Platja de Colonia de Sant Pere are 11 to 12 kilometres away.
