"Haus Nixe" liegt in ruhiger Sackgassenlage, im Bootsweg 11, ist trotzdem zentral gelegen. In wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man die Ortsmitte, Hafen, Deich, Strand, Hallenbad, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
