Very nice flat within the city wall, close to Alameda
Our apartment is in the historic centre of Seville, in Calle Santa Clara, between the Guadalquivir River and the Alameda de Hercules, within the city wall.
Its privileged location will allow you to easily visit Seville on foot and live a unique experience in the nearby Alameda, a vast square with many bars and restaurants.
The flat is conveniently situated on the ground floor.

We speak 6 languages and are available for any information.
The apartment is approx. 60 sqm and can accommodate up to 3 people. From the entrance door, a corridor leads to the large living room.
On the left of the corridor is a modern and functional kitchen (3 electric hobs, a large fridge with freezer, microwave oven, American coffee maker, dishwasher, and toaster). In the large living room, a large and comfortable sofa will allow you to rest after long walks to discover Seville; on the opposite side of the sofa, there is a large dining table. Fibre Wi-Fi and a television will be useful when you stay at home (if you stay at home!). To the left of the living room is a small bedroom with one single bed, while on the right is the bathroom with shower (hairdryer available) and then the double bedroom. Access to a laundry room is from the living room, passing through a small terrace with a table and two chairs.
The air conditioning is located in the bedroom, but it is sufficient to cool or heat the entire apartment quickly (if necessary, an additional fan heater will be provided).
Check-in from 2 pm to 8 pm. If you plan to arrive late (or early), please get in touch with us before booking to make arrangements.
Once the reservation is confirmed, you must provide your identification data for guest registration before arrival.
