For those looking for a relaxing vacation away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life in a villa that offers peace, comfort and plenty of space for children to play or simply enjoy, Villa Casa Carbonera is the place to be. This lovingly restored stone house is situated on a 1300 m² plot, can accommodate 4 + 2 guests and has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a private pool, an outdoor jacuzzi and plenty of space for fun and leisure.

The interior is furnished with great attention to detail and is divided into two floors. The two cozy bedrooms with double bed and TV are located on the upper floor, while there is room for two additional people on the sofa bed on the first floor. The kitchen is fully equipped and the living room has satellite TV and a stereo system. This villa will satisfy all those who want to relax on the sun loungers by the pool or in the hot tub on cool evenings, as well as those who like to take a bike to explore the surroundings or challenge themselves with table soccer or darts. If you decide to spend a day at the beach, a beautiful bay awaits you just 6 km from the villa. The nearest small restaurant is 500 m from the villa and a larger selection can be found 6 km from the villa. If you prefer to eat at home, there is a barbecue, charcoal and dining area on the lovely covered terrace overlooking the beautiful, spacious garden with pool.Casa Carbonera is located near Marcana. Marcana is a small village and municipality of the same name in the southern part of Istria, about 15 km north of Pula, the largest city in Istria. The villa is in a rural location and yet the beaches and resorts along this coastline are only a few kilometers away. The nearest beach is Duga Uvala (approx. 6 km). The popular resort of Medulin and the beautiful sights and cultural events of Pula are also close by and are ideal for those seeking entertainment, dining and shopping opportunities.
The location of the villa offers a perfect balance of tranquillity and private enjoyment, away from the city bustle and tourist crowds, but at the same time is not far from all the important places in Istria. One of the most beautiful national parks in this part of Europe - Brijuni Islands is also located in this region. The islands can be reached by boat from Fazana, only about 20 km from the villa. Car is recommended.
