The charming Villa San Rocco is located in the center of the small historic town of Vodnjan, just a few minutes away from the largest city in Istria, Pula. The villa is a perfect blend of rustic and modern elements that will make you feel at home. With a total living area of 270 square meters, it can accommodate up to 8+2 people and offers a lovely interior design. Villa San Rocco is a restored traditional Istrian house divided into 3 floors. The first floor consists of a charming, well-equipped kitchen, a large dining area with a charcoal grill, a cozy living room and a bathroom. On the first floor you will find a games room with a poker table and table soccer. Four charmingly furnished bedrooms have a double bed. 3 bedrooms are located on the second floor, another one is on the second floor. The outside area of the villa will overwhelm you. In front of the villa there is a large terrace with a covered dining area and a charcoal barbecue, an outdoor jacuzzi and an inviting private pool. Just around the corner is a large lawn where you can relax in the hammock while reading your favorite book. From there you can also access the villa, where you will find a pool table. The villa is ideal for families who want to enjoy a relaxing vacation with plenty of activities. Beautiful Vodnjan is a typical medieval town with interesting architecture. The main square has a stunning baroque church. There are also several restaurants and cafés. Discover the narrow streets with many galleries and studios. Recently, Vodnjan has become one of the most important cultural towns in Istria, with events taking place every weekend. The nearest beaches are Fazana and Medulin. You can also visit the town of Pula, which is known for its Roman amphitheater and many other cultural sights. If you want to spend your vacation in nature, you should definitely visit the Istrian hinterland with its numerous cycling and hiking trails or take a trip to the Brijuni National Park, which you can reach by boat from the small fishing village of Fazana. Be sure to try traditional Istrian dishes such as homemade pasta with truffles, Istrian beef called boskarin and a glass of the best Malvasia.
