Villa Unka is a comfortable, modern villa with a private pool. The villa can accommodate up to eight people. On the first floor of the villa there is a living room, a kitchen and an open dining area. There is a large TV in the living room where you can watch your favorite sports channels and series. There are three bedrooms on the second floor, one of which has its own bathroom. Today, the area is a tourist destination for those looking for quieter private accommodation. The tourist centers and major cities are nevertheless nearby if you want to explore them. A 15-minute drive in one direction separates you from Pazin, while Labin and Rabac are the same distance in the other direction. Due to its central location on the peninsula, Pazin has historically always been an important center and is today the administrative center of Istria. The town was built around the 10th century Pazin Castle, the largest and best-preserved Istrian fortress. Below the city walls is the Pazin Cave, where the Pazincica River ends its surface flow and continues as an underground stream. You can go down into the pit and walk along the path that leads to it. For those who love adrenaline, there is a zip line above the pit. The town of Labin is located 5 km inland on a hill overlooking the coast of Rab and was originally inhabited in the 3rd century. Today's Labin is a place full of culture and history, full of art studios. During your stay, be sure to visit the Dubrova Sculpture Park, where over 70 stone sculptures are on display. Rabac is a coastal town known for its beautiful beaches and offers many excellent restaurants that will satisfy every gastro lover. The Istrian peninsula is well connected by country roads, so the large coastal towns of Pula, Rovinj and Porec are only an hour's drive away and you can easily explore their rich history and many hidden beauties.
