The villa consists of 3 floors. On the ground floor of the villa you will find a bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a lounge. On the first floor you will find a spacious living room with access to the terrace with a marvellous view of the surroundings. On the same floor there is also a beautiful dining room and a fully equipped kitchen as well as a separate toilet. On the second floor there are 3 more modern bedrooms with their own elegantly decorated bathrooms. On the same floor you will also enjoy the breathtaking sea view from the spacious terrace while drinking your morning coffee.

The Lungo Mare coastal promenade is a favourite place among guests in Opatija. The promenade is 100 years old, romantic and relaxing, far from the traffic and hustle and bustle of the city. Along the promenade there are numerous monuments in honour of notable personalities who have visited Opatija. Volosko is also a must - once a fishing village, today a charming seaside town known for its numerous restaurants and marvellous sea views.
