In the heart of Istria, surrounded by unspoiled nature, lies the enchanting Villa Ballena - the ideal choice for a peaceful family vacation where you can completely relax. This luxury villa will enchant you with its unique look. Behind the villa is a spacious pool, which is perfectly integrated into the interesting design of the covered terrace, where there is a dining table and barbecue. The tree located in the central part of the house is a hundred-year-old olive tree and completes the overall impression of the outdoor space.
The interior of the villa exudes a modern design in harmonious combination with natural materials and muted tones. The highlight of the harmonious combination of modern design and nature is certainly the tree in the central part of the house. On the first floor there is a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room with access to the terrace. On the second floor you will find 4 beautifully decorated bedrooms with their own elegant bathrooms. If you want to relax completely, there is a sauna in the basement. On the same floor you will also find another bathroom and a toilet. This villa also offers tennis and volleyball courts.

This villa is located in a small village Svetvincenat in central Istria. Central Istria is known for its fairytale towns such as Vodnjan, Barban or Zminj, which are definitely worth a visit. Near this villa you will find excellent restaurants and taverns offering a wide range of traditional dishes. Not far from the villa is the coastal town of Rovinj and in the south of Istria lies the biggest pearl of Istria, the city of Pula. Pula is known for its numerous sights, especially the famous Roman amphitheater. During your stay in Istria, be sure to visit the Brijuni National Park, and if you want to explore the enchanting surroundings, we definitely recommend a trip along the numerous hiking and cycling trails. On the Istrian coast, you will find breathtaking beaches and bays.
