Villa Kuk is located in Bol, on the island of Brač. Bol is located in the south of the island of Brač and is connected to the city of Split by ferry, so the island can be reached by car, bus or private boat. Escape from the hectic everyday life and allow yourself a nice annual holiday in the company of family and friends.

This authentic 150 years old listed stone house, right in the town centre has been fully renovated in 2016 and 2017.

It is a great example of true craftsmanship and contemporary design. All the stonework has been carefully preserved or restored by local stone craftsmen and the interior has been converted to meet contemporary demands – combining handcrafted woodwork of reclaimed solid oak with adding mid-century original design furniture to it.

Villa is located on a charming little square, just few metres away from open air cinema and famous winery. Take few steps further and you are on main promenade right next to the sea.

The villa can accommodate a maximum of 5, and optimally 4 people and offers 105 m2 of living space. The total area of the property is 250 m2. The sea is just 40 m away while the nearest pebble beach is only 350 metres away, so you will be able to refresh yourself not only in the pool, but also in the sea, and have fun all day long.

There are 2 bedrooms with double beds, one of which also has 1 single bed, each occupying its own floor. Both rooms have their own ensuite bathrooms with showers. Second floor bedroom features double silling height with additional lounge area and access to a spacious balcony. On the ground floor, you can relax on the corner sofa while watching TV, and there is also an equipped kitchen and a dining room with a dining table.

The outdoor terrace offers a swimming pool with a size of 24 m2 and a depth of 1.5 metres. On the sunbathing area there is a large lounge area of 5 metres and 2 low armchairs. On the terrace, you will prepare meat or fish dishes using a charcoal or wood grill. You will be able to try all the prepared dishes at the outdoor dining table, which is located right next to the grill.

Additionally, during your stay, you will be able to use a washing machine, dryer and iron, as well as a separate toilet.

The yard is completely fenced, and there is a secured parking lot outside it, which is 30 metres from the villa.

One can talk about the island of Brač for hours. It is an island that is easily accessible due to its proximity to the city of Split, but on the other hand, it is full of undiscovered beauties waiting to be explored. If you choose Brač as your destination, you will certainly not be disappointed with its offer, because there you will find everything you need for a complete holiday. It is up to you to visit it and surrender to its charms.
