Surrounded by fields and meadows, in the morning you can make yourself comfortable on the bench by the house, with a steaming coffee, and plan your upcoming vacation day.

Bring your bicycles and explore the surroundings. Cycle all the way to the Wadden Sea and take part in a mudflat hike. You can also take day trips to the German island of Sylt and the Danish island of Rømø and linger on the beautiful sandy beaches. The town of Tønder is also worth a visit. Here you will find Sønderjyllands Kunstmuseum with the water tower, which has a permanent exhibition of Wegner furniture and a fantastic view of the town, Vidåen and the marshland. During the year the town has many exciting activities to offer in the pedestrian zone and many good stores and restaurants.
