Quiet situated, renovated roof top studio (50 m2) with view of the surrounding mountains in an old Engadine house in a historic quarter on the edge of the village towards S-chanf, below Lyceum Alpinum, WC, shower, towel warmer and underfloor heating. Open kitchen with oven and dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle for boiling water, WLAN (free of charge), satellite TV, DVD, radio, ski and bike room as well as washing machine and tumbler dryer (no charge) in the house, garden access, car parking space in neighbouring parking garage , pets not welcome, non-smoking, central location to shopping facilities, mountain railways and 18-hole golf course in Zuoz (3 minutes by car). Horse riding, horse-drawn carriage rides in S-chanf (5 minutes by car), nearest bus stop 2 minutes walk from flat and 10 minutes walking distance to the railway station of Zuoz.
