Newly renovated 2.5-room apartment (77 m2) with Arvenstube, large kitchen and sunny balcony.     
 
The bright and spacious apartment which was fully renovated and furnished in 2019 is located in a multi-family house dating from 1648. 
The house is located on the historic district of Giarsun on elevated position on the edge of the village towards Bernina Pass, adjacent to the agricultural zone.
The large windows of the sunny apartment allow a clear view of the mountains and the countryside.
In the snow-free months, the patio can be shared. 
An outside parking space is available. Storage for skis and bicycles are available.
The village center with various shops restaurants and bus station is within a short walking distance (from 250 meters).
The apartment is an ideal starting point for short walks and longer hiking trails.

Renovation work is currently being carried out on the neighbouring building until around the end of 2024. Construction noise emissions are therefore to be expected.
