Simple holiday apartment on the 3rd floor with balcony and sea view, just a few metres from the sandy beach.

The accommodation is bright and functionally furnished and is ideal for a large family or two families of friends. Step out onto the balcony every morning and enjoy your first coffee with a sea view while you plan your day in peace.

Here you can admire landscapes and views that nature has turned into works of art! Thanks to its location near the sea, this apartment is ideal for spending relaxing days on the beautiful beaches and combining tranquillity with excursions in the surrounding area, rich in historical and artistic treasures that tell of its glorious past. Visit the town of Crotone with the Temple of Hera Lacinia, the Archaeological Park and some remains of the Greek walls buried by the sea. One of the landmarks is the Castello Aragonese in Le Castella, an ancient building from the 15th century that stands on a small island connected to the coast only by a narrow strip of land. The medieval villages of Santa Severina with their museums and historic houses are also a popular destination. Diving enthusiasts can take advantage of the numerous underwater routes in the marine reserve to discover not only the beauty of nature but also archaeological treasures. Inland is also the Sila National Park, a mountainous area with peaks up to 2000 metres high, rich in forests, lakes and wildlife.
