On one side of the salon you reach the pool terrace via a gradation and on the other side you have a spacious panoramic terrace at your disposal. Enjoy the unobstructed view of the impressive rock massifs and the highest mountain, Puig Major, in the background; a stunning view!
The circular terrace between the house and the emerald green, crystal clear pool is lined with huge eucalyptus trees and palm trees. In ancient times, this circular space was used for threshing the grain. Today you will find there the covered barbecue for preparing a delicious barbeque or one of the legendary paellas from the wood fire. On the covered terrace you can enjoy these delicacies and then retire with pleasure to the comfortable seating of the garden salon. Thanks to the fast internet, you can work well from home in the house.
The wood stove in the salon and the open kitchen spread a cozy atmosphere and through the central heating, this beautiful finca is also very habitable in the cooler months. You live in an ideal location for hiking in the Tramuntana mountains. Visit the nearby valley of Orient and the castle of Alaro, perched high on a rock above the village. The latter is known not only as a former retreat of the island's historical resistance fighters, but nowadays also for its widely known lamb specialties. The last km is natural road. Groups (except families and couples over 30) on request and with special deposit.
The house is the perfect starting point for cycling. In addition to two bikes at your disposal, it has a garage with hooks for storing bikes, lockers for storing equipment and special tools for maintenance and repair. In winter, this house is also ideal for excursions around Mallorca, as it is very close to many beautiful mountain routes.
