    “Das Haus liegt am Ortsrand von Medulin an der Strasse zum Campingplatz und ist Bestandteil einer kleineren Wohnanlage mit Appartementwohnungen. Parkpätze befinden sich hinter dem Haus, im Gegensatz zu den Angaben liegt die Wohnung im Souterain, der Balkon befindet sich somit unterhalb der Straßenkante, die im Sommer ziemlich stark befahren sein dürfte, da es sich um die Zubringerstraße für den Campingpltz handelt und auch das Zentrum über diese Straße zu erreichen ist.
    Die Wohnung selbst ist nett eingerichtet verfügt aber über keine Klimaanlage ist aber durch die Lage wohl temperiert, wobei das Schlafzimmer oft klamm war.
    Bei unserem Aufenthalt war der Thermostat des Heißwasserboilers im Bad defekt, so dass zum Teil kochendes Wasser aus den Armaturen kam.”
