Private: natural state property, garden (fenced). Patio, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. Motor access to 200 m from the house. 175 m footpath (110 steps) to the house. Public parking 200 m on the road. Grocery 1 km, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 1 km, 10 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Postauto Linie 4" 175 m, railway station "SBB- CFF Bellinzona" 1 km. Walking paths from the house 10 m. Nearby attractions: Castelli, Weltkulturerbe UNESCO, Mercato, Bellinzona SA, Tibetanische Hängebrücke, Monte Carasso, Chiesa di Santa Maria delle Grazie, Ticino Adventures, Cresciano, Outlet Foxtown, Mendrisio. Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains, the valley, the countryside, the resort and the city. Facilities: washing machine, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. TV only CH. Important to know: The bedrooms are on the upper floor, accessible by an outside staircase.
