The beach located in Thyboron is considered as one of the best beaches of Denmark. North Sea is shielded by breakwaters and landings similar to a huge, natural swimming pool that delights all. The camping huts are luxurious and comfortable. The beach is located at a walking distance from here. The cottages stand on the camping area of Thyboron, a unique location situated between sea and fjord. Amidst pure and pristine nature right outside the house, you can enjoy tempting, relaxing walks through the dunes. This house is ideal for recreational fishermen, as you can fish in many spots, namely, in sea, fjord and harbour as well as breakwaters and jetties. You can take a trip through the fishing harbour, where you can buy freshly caught fish. You can also buy other goods, if your fishing trip is not successful. There is a petanque track, tennis court and a mini golf course on the camping area. Stay active throughout the year in the 2 huge halls, as you can play football, handball, tennis, table tennis, badminton, volleyball, roller skates and workout in a gym. There are several tourist attractions for the entire family around Thyboron, such as, Sneglehust, the fisheries and rescue museum, Thyrobon Fortress, interesting art exhibitions in Den Gamle Smedie (old forge), Jutland Activities Centre and Coast Centre (the latter museums offer some discounts).You can visit few attractive local stores and cosy little boutiques with a wide range of offers.
