Welcome to the sunny side of the Alps!Your vacation home is a rare combination of relaxing peace, nature and stimulating urban vibes. Situated in the midst of a lively town it is just as close to nature and the mountains ensuring a relaxing experience for its guests. Its modern architecture and fine interior design is inspired by the traditional historical city center whilst the panorama windows and the large terrace offer spectacular views of the mountains. The apartment is suited for four people, two of which can share the large bed in the master bedroom. There is also a large and comfortable bed settee for two further guests.South Tyrol.Brixen is one of the three main towns situated in the cultural landscape of South Tyrol which has been connecting the North with Italy for hundreds of years via the Eisack valley and the Brenner Pass and appears to be the best of both worlds. Winegrowing, agriculture, and local cuisine are outstanding.Dolomite Alps.Breathtaking nature awaits you on the sunny side of the Alps. Some of the highlights are the lithic giants Marmolata, the Three Pinnacles, Sella, Rosegarden, Geisler and Langkofel.The entrance to the Grödner Valley leading to the UNESCO World Natural Heritage is only a few minutes drive away.Brixen.If you enjoy excellent food and wine South Tyrol has been waiting for you. If you are interested in history, culture, and architecture Brixen, Bozen and Merano or the Eisack, Adige and Puster valleys offer substance for many years of travelling and studying. Mountain trails for hiking and biking start at your doorstep and lead to the Rosegarden or the Three Pinnacle, to name just two. The Sella Joch and the Pordoi Pass in the east, the Jaufen pass and the Penser Joch in the west or the great Stelvio (Stilvser Joch) with the Ortler-Massif invite you to explore with your old-timer, convertible, or motorbike, all of which are safely stowed away in the secure underground parking at night. Pool and indoor-pool, climbing- and tennis hall are just a few minutes walk away.     “Z kaucji poprano pieniadzeza to ze samochód zostawilismy przed domem, chociaz nikt sie nie pojawil by nas poinformowac gdzie nalezy go zaparkowac ponad 160 euro . Do tego 30 euro twierdzac zezostawilismy balagan, co jest nieprawda.Pierwsza taka sytuacja od 15 lat jak jezdzimy na narty.”

    “Tatsache ist, dass die Gäste mit zwei Autos angereist sind, Parkmöglichkeiten sind nur für ein Auto vorhanden, so dass eins im Fußgängerbereich direkt vor der Wohnung abgestellt wurde. Auf Beschwerden der Nachbarn hin, habe ich Hr. Zbigniew kontaktiert, was er über Tage hinweg ignorierte. Die Kaution wurde als zusätzliches Parkentgelt einbehalten.
    Darüber hinaus wurde unsere Wohnung in einem Zustand der Verwüstung hinterlassen, den wir zuvor in 10 Jahren noch nicht erlebt hatten.”

    “Perfekt ausgestattete Luxuswohnung in bester Lage. Positiv: Sehr schönes, luxuriöses und sehr stilvoll eingerichtetes Feriendomizil. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden gewesen. Dazu in Toplage mit wunderschönem Blick auf die Altstadt, die man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreicht.
    Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.”
