This old watermill welcomes you to La Roche Jaudy, a town in the heart of Térgor, between the two characterful towns of Pontrieux and Tréguier.

La Roche Jaudy is a small Breton town with half-timbered houses. It is located at the foot of the river Jaudy. The holiday home is elevated and offers a magnificent view of the river. The location is ideal for relaxing in peace and enjoying the surrounding nature. The nearby Jaudy river allows you to go fishing and canoeing (Base des Prajou, La Roche-Derrien 3 km). In the surrounding area, don't miss the Château de la Roche Jagu in Ploëzal (11 km) and the Château de Tonquédec (19 km). Jardins de Kerfouler (9 km) and Kerdalo (13 km) will enchant nature lovers, who will discover colourful and picturesque themed gardens.

Paimpol and its beaches are only 20 km away and offer relaxation, swimming and many water sports. Other activities await you, including the Armoripark leisure centre in Bégard (15 km), the Vivons Perchés tree climbing course in Pleumeur-Bodou (28 km) or Trégomeur Zoo (40 km). Gourmets can indulge their taste buds by sampling the local specialities: Breton pancakes, seafood platters, cider, etc. You'll be spoilt for choice!

Note: The holiday apartment is not recommended for families with young children due to its proximity to the river. Bedroom no. 2 is equipped with a 90x190cm bed and a 120x190cm bed.
