    “Ausstattung: umfangreich, aber teilweise in schlechtem Zustand, Balkon nicht nutzbar (wird vom Vermieter als Abstellkammer genutzt und ist nur zum Wäsche trocknen nutzbar, keine Möblierung, kein freier Blick).

    Lage: gute Lage im Ort, 15 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand, direkt an der Bahn gelegen.
