In the two bedrooms, which look to the pool side, there is air conditioning. Each bedroom has its own television with satellite TV. From the hall on this floor you have access to the 25 m² balcony of the house.The outside area:The pleasantly designed outside area consists of a 35 m² terrace next to which is the beautiful swimming pool. There is also another bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink and washing machine, which has its own entrance. On the partly covered terrace there is a wooden grill and a table with benches for everyone. Of course, the landlord also prepares enough wood for grilling. The swimming pool is 20 m² in size and can be heated with the help of a solar system.
