Diese nette Ferienwohnung befindet sich in unmittelbarer Strandnähe, ruhig gelegen in einer wenig befahrenen Seitenstraße des Ortes Medulin.

Diese Ferienwohnung, etwa 25 m² groß, besteht aus folgenden Zimmern: einem Raum mit einem Doppelbett, Schlafsofa und Küche mit Herd, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Essecke sowie einem angrenzenden Bad mit Dusche und Toilette; Terrasse ausgestattet mit Tisch und Stühle.

Große gemeinschaftliche Terrasse ist mit Gartenmöbeln, Sonnenschirm und Grillecke ausgestattet. Parkplatz vor dem Haus.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Ferienwohnung auf dem dritten Flur gelegen ist.

    “Da wir kurz vor Ankunft Rücksprache mit den Vermietern der Wohnung hatten, lief die Übergabe problemlos. Uns wurde kurz das Zimmer (für zwei Personen) gezeigt, das Wlan Passwort überreicht und die Ausweise kopiert.

    Auf dem Gelände gab es verschiedene Obstbäume, z.B. Feigen, Granatapfel, Limetten und Trauben. Diese standen jedem zur Verfügung und man durfte sich selbst bedienen, so viel man wollte.

    Die Klimaanlage funktionerte einwandfrei und war bei den Temperaturen Mitte August auch definitiv notwendig.

    Die Wohnung war zur Ankunft sehr sauber und es gab frische Handtücher und Bettbezüge nach 5 Tagen (der Hälte unseres Aufenthalts). Besen standen zur Verfügung, sodass bei Bedarf selbst durchgewischt werden konnte.

    Es befand sich eine kleine Kochniesche in der Wohnung, die mit Töpfen, Pfannen, Tellern und Besteck ausgestattet war. Wer viele verschiedene Kochutensilien benötigt, sollte diese von daheim mitbringen, da nur die nötigsten Gegenstände zur Verfügung stehen. Ebenso gab es einen Kühlschrank mit kleinem Gefrierfach.

    Die Wohnungseigentümer sprechen deutsch und waren auch sehr gute Reiseführer während unseres Aufenthalts.

    Das Wlan funktioniert, entgegen der Beschreibung im Internet, leider nur im Terassenbereich, was jedoch nicht störte, da sowieso keine Roaming Gebühren mehr anfallen.
    Die Wohnung befand sich jedoch auch nicht im dritten Stockwerk, sondern im Erdgeschoss, und die Fotos stimmten daher auch nicht 1:1 mit unserer Wohnung überein, waren jedoch baugleich.

    Alles in Allem stimmten die gemachten Angaben aber mit der Realität überein und wir erhielten eine kleine gemütliche Wohnung für zwei Personen zu einem sehr angemessenen Preis. Gerne kommen wir in Zukunft wieder!”
