The open entrance area leads into the light-flooded living room with wood-burning stove. The large window front offers a wonderful view of the garden and the mountain peaks. The spacious kitchen leaves nothing to be desired - there is even a traditional oven.
The owners have created a unique symbiosis between modern, rustic and traditional to offer you an exceptional living experience. Here you can enjoy your holiday with the whole family in summer as well as in winter.
There is one bedroom on the ground floor and a second bedroom on the upper floor. Both bathrooms are equipped with a cosy double bed. The bathroom has a walk-through shower, bathtub and a balcony.
The house adjoins a large, open meadow at the edge of the forest, where your children can let off steam while you prepare your barbecue specialities on the cosy terrace.
Whether you're a winter sports fan, hiker or nature lover, there's something for everyone here. There are two ski areas in the immediate vicinity, cross-country ski trails just below the housing estate, Lake Tegernsee and Lake Schliersee as well as numerous hiking and mountain biking routes. Enjoy the breathtaking nature of the Alpine region and be inspired by the power of mountain herbs.
The proximity to Austria, Rosenheim, Munich and numerous Alpine destinations make Fischbachau the perfect starting point for excursions.
