The villa, built in 1920 and renovated in 2014 is rustic and in the typical country style furnished. The property is located in a residential area, on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over a panorama from the property and the quiet and sunny location. For exclusive use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace, pavilion and garden furniture.

Ližnjan, district Valtura. The villa is located on a 1200 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, bushes and trees, limited by a fence and a hedce. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The access goes via a side road. Parking lot (for 2 cars) in the carport and on the property.

Pool
Outdoor pool (5 m x 10 m, depth 1,5 m, for exclusive use). The pool facility can be used from mid of May to the end of September.
