Relax in the park of about 20,000 m2, sunbathe around the pool, let your children play in complete freedom and then organize a barbecue or cook a real Italian pizza! Due to the convenient location of the villa you can easily reach the main art cities of Tuscany, such as Florence, Siena, Lucca, Pisa. From the train station Borgo San Lorenzo (7 km away) train connections are also possible. At the back of the villa is the domicile of the janitor, who is responsible for the arrival and departure of guests, as well as for park and pool maintenance.
