This small house has a wooden terrace facing south and a smaller, tiled breakfast patio where you can enjoy the morning sun. Both terraces are covered and are peaceful and undisturbed. Tall birches grow on the plot and provide shade. There is ample space on the grounds for ball games. The house is located not far from a mini-golf course and shopping area. The sandy beach is located 500 metres away, where you will find a good ice cream kiosk with the largest ice cream cones in Denmark. You can also buy fresh fish at the beach. The house has been modernised and is located on a cul-de-sac. The house has a large bathroom with a shower and 2 bedrooms with double beds and wardrobes. The kitchen was renovated in 2014. There is an electric oven and a freezer as well as a refrigerator. You can spend the wonderfully long summer evenings on the terrace. Here you can experience the natural environment and also explore the country's culture.
