For use, the following are available: sunbathing lawn, parasol, barbecue facilities, Hollywood swing and campfire site.

The landlord lives only occasionally in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted, length 3 m). Parking is available on the street in front of the house.
