Detached vacation home consisting of an old Venetian villa from the 15th century, located in the rolling hills of the Pedemontana area. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful park with trees and 2 hectares of vineyards from which come excellent wines such as Vespaiolo and Torcolato. 5 km the town of Thiene, in the province of Vicenza. During the renovation some original and characteristic elements have been preserved, such as the beautiful colored floors, the imposing marble staircase leading to the sleeping area, the 4 m high ceilings, the beautiful wooden beams, the original window fittings, the antique furniture typical of the place. The thick walls keep the heat out even during hot summer days. Guests have at their disposal a library with more than 2000 non-fiction and history books. The bedrooms on the second floor all offer garden views. Large, fenced natural property with trees and equipped with garden furniture and barbecue for outdoor dining and relaxing. The villa is located within a 21 km walking and running track in nature with refreshment and recreation sites. Good location for exploring art cities such as Vicenza (20 km), Padua (50 km), Verona (88 km), Venice (90 km). Access via a 300 m long gravel road.
