Rustic vacation home on a wooded hillside between Cortona and Città di Castello. The old farmhouse has been lovingly restored and furnished in country style. From the front terrace you enter the kitchen-living room with fireplace. Another terrace is located at the back of the house, with access from the small living room. A spiral staircase leads to an open double bedroom on the 1st floor. 1 bedroom with bathroom on the ground floor has a separate access from outside. A staircase leads to the open loft with 2 single beds (low ceiling height, min. 1.20 m). Below the house is the partially covered pool with equipped sun terrace. The owners live in the neighboring house and guests can help themselves in the vegetable garden. On request there is a room for group activities (yoga) and an equipped music practice room. Ideal for nature lovers and good starting point for visiting nearby Tuscan and Umbrian towns such as Cortona (22 km) and Città di Castello (25 km); Arezzo, Perugia and Gubbio (each about 50 km away). 3 km S.Leo Bastia with grocery store, bar, post office; 10 km Trestina with stores of all kinds.
