This holiday home is a beautiful detached villa with private pool which is located at about 1.5 km from Petriolo, a small characteristic town in the province of Macerata near the famous “Abbey of Fiastra”. The property is surrounded by greenery and forms the perfect solution for a relaxing, quiet and replenishing holiday where you can discover the beautiful nature and culture of this region. The location permits to reach both, the Adriatic Sea at 29 km, as well as the Sibillini mountains at 38 km. The Marche Region offers a variety of different excursions. What will you prefer? The sea or the mountains? The town of arts or the archaeological park? The historical villages or the renaissance church? This is certainly not easy to decide but not to worry, because any day trip will give you an unforgettable memory of this wonderful country, no matter what you chose to visit. The holiday home is a former farm house dating from the end of the 18th century which has preserved its traditional style. It offers 4 comfortable bedrooms, 3 of which with en suite bathroom, a spacious dining room and a well equipped kitchen. Next to the main villa there is an annex with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. In the well-kept and fenced garden you will enjoy dining outdoors, reading a book or taking a relaxing bath or just a refreshing dip in the beautiful pool. The landlords speak English, French and German. They are very friendly and helpful and they would love you to reconnect with nature. They will give you invaluable tips for tasting genuine and excellent food and discovering the traditions of this area. If you like shopping there is a famous shoe outlet in Motecosaro. This is a perfect place for those who are looking to spend a great holiday in Italy while discovering and getting to know the traditions, hospitality and quality of this region!On request and against payment on the spot the owner can organize the following activities: dinner on site with typical local products, a mini cooking course with a final dinner based on the specialties prepared, excursion to the sea or the mountains with guide and final picnic based on typical products.
