Guest rooms and a holiday apartment in a B&B with a furnished, shared garden, right near the sea
The Bed & Breakfast belongs to a villa with a garden, in a quiet residential area, surrounded by the greenery of nature and by the lovely Ionian Sea. It is near various swimming beaches, but away from the chaotic streets in town. The residence is right by the coast, with the sea just a few steps away.
The B&B consists of a holiday apartment and two guest rooms with a double bed. Guests staying in the rooms share use of a kitchen, for preparing and enjoying meals, and where breakfast is served on request. The apartment is completely independent. Wireless Internet access is available. Also air conditions is installed in the bedrooms of all accommodations.
The garden is for the shared use of all guests and has a gazebo, parasols, tables and chairs. There is a parking area on site with three roofed and one unroofed parking space. Some bicycles are available for use for a fee. The owners live on site and are happy to help personally with any queries. Daily cleaning of the rooms is included.
The old town centre of Crotone is 3km away and provides shopping facilities, various services and archaeological excavation sites and other places of interest. The sea is just 100 metres away, within a short walking distance. There are restaurants and pizzerias just a few steps from the B&B, offering local cuisine.
