The very tastefully furnished holiday apartment in Burggrub east of Coburg is the ideal place to stay in a rural setting for couples looking for relaxation and who do not want to forego comfort during their holiday.The Bavarian town of Burggrub is located directly on the border with Thuringia and is an ideal starting point for hikes and bike tours in the Franconian Forest, Thuringian Forest and the "Green Belt Germany" nature reserve. The district town of Kronach (16,000 inhabitants) is 12 km away, Sonneberg/Thuringia (12 km), Coburg (30 km), Bamberg (60 km). There are numerous sights, museums and cultural offerings in the cities mentioned. In winter, alpine skiing and cross-country skiing are possible in the Franconian Forest and Thuringian Forest.The apartment is in the rear building on the landlord's property in a quiet cul-de-sac. This spacious holiday home, which has been completely expanded and modernized, is on the upper floor. The apartment has a south-facing balcony. The highlight of the apartment is the beautiful, well-kept garden, where a barbecue and a barrel sauna (for €30/use) are available.     “Sehr schöne moderne Ausstattung. Wasserhahn in der Küche etwas schlecht zu Händeln (kann kaum bewegt werden). Duschwasser könnte besser regulierbar sein. Balkon kaum nutzbar, da man sich beobachtet fühlt --> Blumenkästen wären schön. Sonst hat uns alles gut gefallen.”
