This 120 m² villa has a wonderful homely feel to it, with a fully equipped kitchen, and has views to the mountain and to the garden.

These rooms share a complete bathroom and a shower room. The living / dining area, with a TV and DVD player, is rustic in style, as is the well equipped kitchen, boasting all mod cons, such as a washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. The outdoor pool area has a charm all of its own, surrounded by teakwood decking. The pool is 5 x 7.5 m and has a separate shallow section for children. Outdoor dining is a joy under the shade of the terrace and a BBQ completes the picture.
Palma airport is approximately 60 kms away and the pretty beaches at Puerto Pollensa are 5 minutes away by car. Pollensa old town, with its fine selection of bars, cafes and restaurants is 4 kms away.
