Holiday House in Brignogan-Plages with Terrace, Barbecue and Garden and Panoramic Views

This charming Breton fisherman's 90 m² house is located in the region Finistère Nord in Brignogan Plage, at the heart of the Côte des Légendes. The beach and the ocean are only 150 meters from the house. It is set back about 30 meters from a side street, protected from the wind, and offers peace and quiet for a relaxing holiday.

Outside, you will find a 20 m² patio with natural oak floors and the garden with trees. The patio is furnished with outdoor furniture (six chairs and four sun loungers) and a sun shade, as well as a barbecue.

The house offers three bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom, a patio and a bathroom. On the ground floor, you will find the 35 m² living room with tiled floors. It is also furnished with a large flat screen television, a coffee table and an old Breton cupboard. There are two sofas. One of the sofas is a sofa bed, which can accommodate a seventh person. The well equipped kitchen offers a fridge/freezer combo, a stove (piano) and a Smeg-oven, a kettle, a dishwasher, a toaster, a microwave oven and cupboards. All necessary kitchen utensils and an ironing board can be found in a cupboard under the stairs. The washing machine is located in the basement. The 8 m² bathroom has a shower, shelves and a sink. The 12 m² bedroom with wood flooring is furnished with a 180 cm double bed, nightstands and a closet. There are two additional bedrooms on the top floor. The first bedroom is furnished with a 180 cm double bed, two nightstands and an armchair. One of the Velux windows offers a view over the patio and the garden and the other window grants panoramic views over the ocean and the beach. The other bedroom has two 90cm single beds and an armchair. This bedroom is furnished with a child's travel cot and a car seat (maxi cosi). The two Velux windows offer the same views as can be enjoyed from the other bedroom.

There are several restaurants nearby, such as ˮLa Cornicheˮ in Brignogan, the Crêperie ˮle p'tit niceˮ in Brignogan, the pizzeria in Brignogan, the Crêperie ˮles Marronniersˮ in Kerlouan or the restaurant ˮles Rigadellesˮ in Goulven. The region offers many sights, such the Semaphor von Brignogan, the lighthouse Pontusval in Brignogan, the lighthouse on the Ile Vierge of Plouguerneau (the largest in Europe), thee îles d'Ouessant, Molène and the Ile de Batz, the Océanopolis in Brest as well as the old village Ménéham in Kerlouan. Discover the park in Milizac, the sailing and diving centre in Brignogan, or the hiking trail, only two minutes from the house.

We provide four bicycles and recommend a tour along the coastal paths. Additionally, there is a pram.

    “Het huis is mooi gelegen en op wandelafstand naar het strand. De tuin is erg rustig en zalig om buiten te vertoeven. Binnen is het huis gezellig ingericht. Wij vonden 1 toilet voor een gezelschap van 6 personen achteraf bekeken toch wel te weinig. Er zijn genoeg borden en glazen en kookgerief voorzien. De kasten van de keuken waren niet proper gekuist. De fietsen waren een pluspunt. Er stond wel op de site dat er een pingpongtafel was en de eigenaar vertelde bij aankomst dat deze al een jaar stuk was maar dat hij vergeten was om dit van de site af te halen.     “Ein sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit allem was man braucht. Schöner Garten mit Fahrrädern zur Verfügung. Wir können es sehr weiterempfehlen und hatten erholsame Wochen direkt am Meer. Der Vermieter ist ebenfalls sehr nett.”

    “I would just use one word to describe this house : wonderful ! We had really nice holidays in this typical and charming fisherman's house. We were welcomed by the owner, M. Donou, who explained areas of interest located nearby. After this introduction, we walked around 5 min. to get to the beach. The house is really well situated. It also includes everything needed for the stay and it is in good condition (clean). I kindly recommend this holiday home to discover Brittany.”
