Renovated and upscale 5-room apartment in a well-maintained residential complex (Residenza Belvair) in Zuoz.
The modern apartment features a master bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds (which can also be used as a double bed). Two bedrooms are equipped with desks suitable for a home office setup. The living area includes a fully equipped open kitchen and a dining table. From the living room, which is furnished with several armchairs, you can access a garden seating area with direct access to the garden. There are three bathrooms/WCs available, one with a bathtub and the others with a shower. The apartment also has a TV room and a small bedroom with a single bed and separate access. A ski room is available for communal use. A garage space can be booked for an additional fee. A height-adjustable high chair is available.
In winter (from the first Monday in December to the first Sunday in April), a wellness area is available for communal use in the Residenza Belvair. The wellness area includes a sauna, a steam bath, a relaxation area, showers, and fitness equipment.
The holiday home Residenza Belvair is located at the entrance to the village of Zuoz. The train station, tourist information, and Coop supermarket are only a few minutes' walk away. The cross-country skiing and golf center with a sports shop are also just a short walk away.
