The stylish new-build villa Lejania is located just 1 km from the third largest municipality in Mallorca, on an elevated hillside plot near Manacor. The completely secluded villa, which has been welcoming guests since 2013, sits enthroned in front of a protective hill, which is also part of the 11,000 m² natural estate. Turn your gaze away from the villa and the hills and enjoy a breathtaking view over the Plà de Mallorca all the way to Puig Major. It will be hard to tear yourself away. The awning-covered terrace in front of the house is ideal for enjoying the spectacular panoramic views of the plain, which is still predominantly used for agriculture. Enjoy this pleasant, liberating feeling. However, there is more to the unique character of this Lejania holiday villa than just the impressive views over Mallorca. The stylish, purist look of the villa, which is both natural and sustainable, gives the impression that the house was built here by itself.

The classic quarry stone villa can be entered from different sides, as the wooden windows on the ground floor reach down to the floor and not only provide the living area with plenty of light, but also give it a very open character. Access to the living room is via the awning-covered terrace and the main entrance with hallway. When it gets a little warmer, the pretty blue shutters protect the house from excessive heat. The communal areas are located on the ground floor and are open-plan yet visually separated from each other. The living area has a narrow, solid room divider in which a modern LCD TV is cleverly built in. You can also make yourself comfortable and relax on the two cosy sofas inside. Right next to it is the open-plan kitchen area with adjoining cosy dining area. The bright fitted kitchen is conveniently equipped with a dishwasher, toaster, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee machine, iron, etc. The rustic-modern dining area offers space for six people, younger guests can use the two high chairs. There are also two children's beds that can be set up in each of the three bedrooms. This makes the communal living area a pleasant, inviting space for all travellers. The guest WC is located on the same floor. On the upper floor of the villa, which can be accessed via the spacious hallway with beautiful pebble mosaics, there is a corridor with a small workstation. The master bedroom with double bed has its own bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Both bedrooms are furnished with two single beds. There is a spacious balcony at the side of the house, where you can enjoy the peaceful Mallorcan mornings after waking up. High rooms, honey-coloured wood, natural stone tiles in the bathroom and on the floors, wooden floors, wooden ceilings (partly covered with bamboo) and smooth plastered walls in a cool concrete look create a very pleasant ambience that offers space to relax, is breathable and is particularly suitable for allergy sufferers. Villa Lejania is a truly impressive example of how purist, modern minimalism and ecological sustainability are not mutually exclusive, but can form a perfect symbiosis.
Thanks to its favourable location close to the main roads and Manacor, there are numerous possibilities for excursions outside the villa. Learn to scuba dive (in Portocolom), or play a round of golf (the popular Pula golf course is about 19 km away) or tennis on the course just 2.5 km away. Supermarket, bank, shops are all just 1 km away. Discover the traditional market in Placa Ramon Llull every Monday and the fruit and vegetable market in Manacor every morning. The beautiful sandy beaches of this part of the island, the famous Calas de Mallorca, can be easily reached by car in less than ten kilometres. The hire car can be conveniently parked on the property.
