From time to time you will hear the gentle sound of the bells carried by the sheep as they graze peacefully on the property but you don't have to worry about other neighbours: Villa Casa Sangura is situated on a hillside and in a south-facing position in a quiet valley in the east of Mallorca. The pretty house has sunny and covered terraces, each lovingly decorated with plants and equipped with inviting garden furniture, on the ground floor as well as a roof terrace with sea views and is the only building on a huge estate in the middle of a truly tranquil landscape. A few steps lead from the house to the sloping pool. After enjoying the refreshing coolness, you can cosy up on one of the comfortable sun loungers and let your gaze wander: Pure nature as far as the eye can see. However, experience has shown that lazing around is a bit boring for active children, who can instead let off steam on the sunbathing lawn around the pool.

Large windows let in light everywhere: This gives Casa Sangura its bright, open and inviting interior. The many beautiful furnishings made of dark African wood, which the owners of the villa brought back from their holidays in East Africa, create a special atmosphere. They perfectly complement the relaxed, modern living ambience that surrounds you when you enter the house. On the ground floor, you will find a guest WC and a single spacious living area, which is divided into a kitchen equipped with high-quality appliances, a dining table with chairs and discreet lighting and the living room with an elegant column, a cosy sofa and a brick fireplace. All three bedrooms, each furnished with beautiful original wooden beds, are located on the top floor and can be reached via a modern staircase. The two luxurious bathrooms, one of which is en-suite, are also located on the top floor.

Do you enjoy going for walks? Do you love long hikes or cycle tours over hill and dale? Then what are you waiting for? Your holiday home is the ideal starting point, as the surrounding landscape is simply stunningly beautiful. The nearest town of Sant Llorenç is great for shopping, but offers much more. You only have to drive your hire car about 2.4 km along the road, which can be audible depending on the wind direction. Founded in the 16th century, the small village has magnificent, unique architecture and an authentic Mallorcan flavour that, fortunately, has not been compromised to this day in order to appeal to the tourist industry. On a walk through the village, the many old windmills, which are carefully maintained and cared for by the municipality, are particularly eye-catching. The baroque church on the village square is definitely worth a visit. Those who prefer the sea can drive around 11.2 km to the sandy beach of Sa Marjal, which not only boasts waves and dunes, but also a good infrastructure including a beach bar and parasol hire. Modern, climate-friendly living in the midst of a wonderfully peaceful and beautiful Mediterranean landscape: this is what Villa Casa Sangura offers, just 2.4 km from the authentic Mallorcan village of San Llorenç in the east of the island. The hillside location offers a fantastic view not only of the surrounding nature, but also from the roof terrace to the sea. The nearest beach, Sa Marjal, can be reached by car in just 11.2 km.
