It is a gift of the changing times that the doors of unspoilt Mallorca, with its traditional villas and old houses, are open to holidaymakers who would otherwise find anonymous hotels and tourist high-rises. This is also the case with the inviting wooden gate of Can Porreti. In 2015, the owners transformed the old stables into five modern, comfortable flats, each with its own small terrace, with love for the land itself and the 100-year-old farm with its almond and fig trees. Here you can easily get in touch with other holidaymakers and meet up on the pretty pool terrace if you like, spend a BBQ evening together or take a walk to Sineu or Inca in the evening. The children here will certainly make friends quickly. As described above, outdoor facilities such as the pool, the sun terraces with sun loungers and parasols, the outdoor pool and other areas are shared with guests from other holiday residences in Can Porreti. The spaciousness of the area naturally gives everyone well-deserved privacy and the sheep living in the area give the place an authentic rural flair.

The beautiful house Can Porreti El Soll impresses with its cosy ambience: white walls, discreet natural stone, decorative Spanish wall tiles and lots of wood. It also has a bathroom with shower, a kitchenette with microwave and hob, a small dining table and a seating area with chairs and tables. Otherwise, you can sleep on a double bed. This cosy holiday nest is therefore perfect for a couple. True comfort: the air conditioning/heating ensures pleasant indoor temperatures all year round. WLAN and a flat-screen TV with satellite connection are also available. Modern soundproofing also ensures privacy indoors. Your baby can use the cot and high chair, and another companion can sleep on an extra bed. Nomen est omen (the name speaks for itself). And perhaps also for inspiration? The apartment owes its name to its former animal inhabitants. This means that you can easily feel like a pig here (La Soll). If you feel like it, you can also cultivate a sense of community indoors: a totally rustic communal room with sofas, wood-burning stove and several tables invites you to socialise and, of course, have breakfast (which is also included)! Have you already made your decision? Can Porreti simply has that certain original Mallorcan extra and Lloret de Vistalegre is also a real hit. This small village has a church that can be seen from afar, countless mills and fountains, the Tripadvisor-recommended Ca Na Perica restaurant and a small pyrotechnics workshop. Otherwise, you can enjoy the views over hills and farmland in shades of yellow and brown or spend a relaxing day in the Sa Comuna Nature Park in the shade of the pine trees. The sparkling sea and beaches such as the fantastic Playa de Muro are just half an hour away. Get on board! In Sineu, you will find one of the most beautiful farmers' markets right on your doorstep, so to speak. Stargazers can visit the Observatorio Astronómico in Costitx. If you want to eat out, you can enjoy excellent food in Sencelles. You can wander from cellar to cellar and enjoy a wine tasting in your new leather shoes made in Inca...

Farmhouse atmosphere with comfort: The holiday home Can Porreti La Soll is situated in a rural and quiet location in the centre of the island between Lloret de Vistalegre, Costitx and Sineu and only about 28 km from several dream beaches. The property, which is over 100 years old, has been remodelled to a high standard in keeping with local tradition and its surroundings. Ma-3011 takes you to the medieval town of Sineu in just a few minutes, where you can shop and stroll around. For more extensive shopping trips, we recommend the town of Inca with its wine and leather goods.
